In autumn and winter – when it gets cold outside – our fitness and spa area is particularly popular. Give yourself a good workout in the small but excellent fitness room. Or relax at the end of the day in the Finnish sauna or steam bath.
Finnish sauna
Our Finnish sauna will really make you sweat, and not without reason: traditionally it gets extremely hot here. There is a choice of different oils for the infusion. Enjoy your stay here for 10 to 15 minutes. Afterwards you should definitely cool down your body gently!

Saunarium
For those of you who like it cooler, our Finnish sauna can also be transformed into a saunarium at the touch of a button. The gentle version of the sauna provides a wonderful relaxation experience at milder temperatures.

Steam bath
The steam bath with its changing fragrances (eucalyptus, herbs, lemon balm, lemongrass, etc.), pleasant temperatures and high humidity has a stimulating effect on the skin and respiratory tract. This increases your circulation, stimulates your metabolism and relaxes your muscles.

Humidity: 95 %
Fitness room. Small and cosy.
Show off your strength during weight training. Cover a few kilometres on the bike. Then head cross-country on the cross trainer before you test your strength on the fitness tower and train your back, chest and legs.
