Arrival
The excellent location of the hotel is ideal for an environmentally friendly journey by train.
We are easily accessible by public transport from both the main railway station and the Westbahnhof.
Main station: Take the underground line U1 to Karlsplatz. You can reach the Kaiserhof on foot in just 5 minutes.
Westbahnhof: Take the U3 to Stephansplatz and from there the U1 to Karlsplatz. Then you can reach us on foot in just 5 minutes.
The nearby Vienna-Schwechat Airport offers a variety of connections that take you quickly to the city centre.
CAT/City Airport Train: The CAT takes you from the airport to Wien-Mitte station in 16 minutes. From there, the U4 underground line will take you to Karlsplatz in a short time. Then you can reach us on foot in 5 minutes. Additional information: The CAT offers the City Check-in Service – you can check in your luggage and print your boarding pass at Wien-Mitte station 24 hours to 75 minutes before departure.
Express train S7: The express train takes you to Wien-Mitte station in 25 minutes. Then take the U4 underground line to Karlsplatz. Then you can reach us on foot in 5 minutes. Additional information: The Schnellbahn ticket entitles you to travel on the Vienna public transport network.
Railjet: With the ÖBB Railjet you can reach Vienna Central Station in 15 minutes – then take the U1 to Karlsplatz. Then you can reach us on foot in 5 minutes. Additional information: The train ticket entitles you to travel on the Vienna public transport network.
Airport bus: The bus transfer is an alternative way of travelling and connects the airport with the main station and Westbahnhof.
We are easily accessible by car via the A1, A2 and A22 motorways. You are welcome to use our free parking service or the public car parks in the surrounding area. Please note the short-term parking zone in Vienna from Monday to Friday between 9.00 am and 10.00 pm (parking duration: max. 2 hours). On weekends, parking around the hotel is free of charge – but please pay attention to the signposted exceptions.
Free valet parking
So that you can arrive and check in relaxed, we offer you our free car park service (between 06.00 and 22.00). So simply arrive. Park your car directly at the hotel and hand over the car keys to us. We will then take care of everything. We park your car in the nearby parking garage and bring it back to you when you need it. You can book a parking space in the parking garage for a small fee. Please let us know when you make your enquiry or room reservation.
