The above rates are quoted in euros per room, per night and include all applicable duties and taxes.
Kaiserhof room rates include:
- Our “kaiserly” gourmet buffet breakfast with sparkling wine and a choice of coffee specialties.
- Wellness: Use of the sauna, steam bath and fitness room. Beverages in the sauna bar.
- Wi-Fi Internet access in the room. Wi-Fi access in the hotel lobby and bar.
- Valet parking and baggage service.
All rooms are equipped with a safe, Wi-Fi Internet connection and air conditioning.

Dogs
Dogs are welcome at the Kaiserhof Vienna. The additional charge of € 10.00 per night does not include dog food.
Company Rates

Cancellation Terms
A room reservation may be cancelled without charge until 4 PM on the day prior to the confirmed arrival date. For cancellations received after this time, or in the event of a non-arrival without proper cancellation notice, we will charge a no-show fee amounting to one night’s stay (minus breakfast).
Please note that different cancellation terms apply for group reservations!
Payment Terms
To guarantee a reservation, we require a deposit in the amount of the first night’s stay or a valid credit card number. Payment in full is due at the time of checkout – we accept Visa, Diners Club, American Express, Eurocard/Mastercard or ATM cards, as well as cash.
Parking
A space in the underground garage costs € 18.00 / day. We will gladly park your car in the garage for you at no additional charge. Please contact the reception to make garage bookings.
