Room Reservations
Dear Kaiserhof Guests!
If the need for a cancellation does arise, we kindly ask you to inform us promptly, as we otherwise have little chance of selling the room to another guest. You may cancel your reservation at no charge if we receive your cancellation by 4 PM on the day prior to your scheduled arrival. For cancellations received after this time we charge a cancellation fee amounting to one night’s stay.
Please note that different cancellation terms apply for group reservations! These are indicated on the group reservation confirmation.
Rates
Our rates are quoted in euros per room, per night and include all applicable duties and taxes. All rates are subject to change.
Our “kaiserly” buffet breakfast with sparkling wine, broadband Internet access in the room and use of the hotel’s wellness area (sauna, steam bath and fitness room) are all included in the price of the room.
