In order to discern and optimally meet the needs of our guests, it is our standard practice to use guest questionnaires. The recommendations we receive are an important source of information and help us make continual improvements to our service. In addition, comments appearing on international travel guide websites, such as www.tripadvisor.de and www.booking.com, are used as important feedback for quality assurance at the hotel.
