General Terms & Conditions
Unless otherwise indicated on our booking confirmation, the following cancellation terms and fees apply:
0% (no fee) if cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to the booked arrival date.
50% (of total booking amount) if received between 29 and 7 days prior to the booked arrival date.
80% (of total booking amount) if received less than 7 days prior to the booked arrival date. For late arrivals or early departures, we charge 100% of the total booking amount minus the half-board charge for the room. During the New Year and Hahnenkamm Race seasons, the special cancellation terms/fees indicated on the booking confirmation apply. We do not charge a cancellation fee if we are able to resell the room!
